I can vouch that my 10 GHz 22watt PA purchased from Eric has a P1dB of 24.2 watts (HP8481A and HP436A) and very respectable IMD products at 23 watts of -45dBc, -54 dBc and -63 dBc for 3rd, 5th and 7th orders.

I am very happy with the PA.
